HoistHope Social Services offers programs and services to support you in your efforts to live in a safe and supportive home that encourages and promotes an inclusive and individualized approach. Our Supported Living Program is designed to enhance safety, support well-being, and provide opportunities for individuals that require assisted or supported living to have positive experiences within the home and community. All services provided by HoistHope Social Services are offered by skilled and educated care providers. We will work with you (and your family, if applicable) professionally. This means we will support you with your needs while keeping clear boundaries between us. We will treat you with respect and dignity, listen to you, and encourage you to express your opinions and support your safety and well-being of yours.
